Unexpected kindness at 3am

The hotel was clean and well-located, just a short stroll to the beach.

Good base point to explore Ibiza. Near everything. Quiet location, even at night. Simple rooms with all one needs.

Coffee only after 9.00? No wifi in rooms.

The hotel was clean and the staff were kind and good. I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfast was satisfactory with variety of delicious options. I didn't want to leave and can't wait to come back.

I had such high hopes for this hotel, but alas, it was just a lettle disappointing. The breakfast fruit choices were embarrasingly limited, and the side view of the sea was a poor substitute for the actual scenic view it claimed to offer. A complimentary welcome drink or upgrade woudl ve been nice as well, but i guess that's too much to ask.

For a reasonably priced hotel, the service - and standard of cleanliness and maintenance - was simply astonishing...

All the services were good, the room was big with a great terrace, comfy beds plus the bathroom was big which included a bath. Perfect and satisfactory breakfast with OK coffee was available.

I had such a great time! The beach access was just steps away. The outdoor swimming pool was always warm, and there were plenty of sun loungers available to relax on after a refreshing swim.

The osiris hotel is just a quick stroll from the beach. The friendly staff went out of their way to help us, even preparing dinner for us when we arrived at 3am. We loved how clean everything was, and the atmosphere was so cute.

Room service is non-existent, a bummer if you're looking to relax and unwind without leaving your room. I booked a sea view, but what I got was more of a side view. They really should clarify that there's an XL option with an unobstructed view. The food options poolside are limited. Only a couple of Paninis are available, which isn't much considering the hotel's overall potential. The placement of the bedside fridge isn't ideal either. It's a bit cramped in there but I get it-space is tight.

The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with impeccably clean spaces and beautifully manicured gardens. The staff were attentive.

Could use more shade options by the pool.

Comfortable stay with fine sea views

I stayed for 6 nights in a Double or Twin Room with Garden View, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I particularly enjoyed the lovely warm pool area, which always had sunbeds available. The breakfast included good croissants that were a treat to start the day! The cooked breakfast options could use some improvement.

The sea view rooms come with fantastic ocean vistas that make mornings a delight. The hotel pool area feels cozy without overcrowding. There's always a sunbed available even at peak times, nice for relaxation under the sun without a fight for space.

Room service isn't an option, which can be a bit inconvenient if you prefer dining in the comfort of your room. The food options poolside are limited, with only a couple of Paninis, failing to match the hotel's potential when it comes to catering for snacks. The fruit selection during breakfast could use an upgrade given the overall quality of the meals offered.
